GeniSys Client Controls gives YOU control of your user setup.

We offer the most advanced interface on the market allowing you to deploy your applications fast. Stand up or suspend a user without having to call a help desk. Tick a box and fill in user information. A few simple key strokes and you have created and activated email accounts, unified communications, and virtual desktops. The historically time consuming task of configuration is now automated in and takes only seconds.

Exchange - Enable/Disable/Delete User

You have the ability to issue email addresses, aliases, and pick the mailbox plan that is appropriate for each of your users. You can also increase the size of a user’s mailbox as needed. Finally, by disabling exchange, you have the ability to take away a user’s access to his/her mailbox, as well as all email addresses, while deleting an exchange user completely removes the user and the mailbox.

The following is a list of things that you have the freedom to modify :

1. All active directory fields (first name, last name, etc.)
2. Hide from address list – allows company admins to hide a user from the exchange address list
3. Group membership – users (if the company admin lets them) can add or remove themselves from groups
4. Challenge Message system – users can pick from a challenge and response, in case they forget their password.
5. Permissions – users can add permissions to other users in their company
1. Send As – gives user the ability to send as if you were that user
2. Send on Behalf – gives user the ability to send emails on behalf of another
3. Full permissions – gives a user full access to another user’s mailbox
6. ActiveSync – All ActiveSync devices will show up on the user page (and blackberrys)
1. Remote wipe
2. Remove partnership
3. See details on the device
4. Resend activation code (blackberry)
5. Lock device (blackberry)
7. Unified Messaging – ability to UM enable a user, and assign the Pin and Extension that the user has, in addition to a variety of other features.

SharePoint

GeniSys Client Controls will show all the sites that a company has activated on the system. Via the Company Info page, your Company administrator can do the following:

1. Create new SharePoint sites
2. Modify existing sites
3. Delete sites
4. View all info for existing sites
5. Set quota size on the site
6. Pick SharePoint plan assigned to the company
7. Add users to SharePoint sites, without going to the site (via the user info page)
8. Jump to the SharePoint site via its link

Office Communication Server

Office Communication Server is an interactive communication system that is integrated with other Microsoft Office Products. Users can be OCS enabled, by picking which OCS plan is assigned to them. OCS plans can be created, which define all the features that are exposed to the user. The following are a list of features that make up an OCS plan:

1. Enhanced IM Presence
2. Federation
3. Internet Access
4. Meeting Policies
5. Unified Communication policy
6. PC to PC VOIP

Telephone Number Porting and Provisioning

Genisys can provide Direct Sip trunk connectivity and DIDs, allowing your company the flexibility of a software based connection to the world PSTN, and benefits from the full capabilities of the Office Communications Server. Note:these services are not yet incorporated in the GeniSys Client Control Panel but will be handled by the GeniSys Global Support Team.

Microsoft Dynamics

GeniSys fully supports provisioning of CRM for companies and users. Companies can be allocated into CRM pools based on which pools are assigned to the reseller. Users can be added, and the roles assigned to the user can be changed through the GeniSys interface.

Completely at your control, GeniSys allows you to manage your network with the ease of a friendly interface. Assign backup storage space, purchase available domains, establish connectivity to your Blackberries (or other mobile devices), assign specific users to specific applications , and much more – all controlled by you and your business needs.
